Our Approach

A complete Oracle Fusion implementation — from design to go-live

An Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation must bring together business processes, enterprise structures, controls, data, integrations, reports, security, testing, people, and service transition. eAppSys establishes accountable workstreams and manages the dependencies between them — so each part of the programme is owned, tracked, and evidenced, not assumed.

Application Coverage

Implementation across the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite

eAppSys supports individual modules and multi-pillar transformation programmes. Scope is based on subscribed offerings and business priorities, agreed at discovery.

Proprietary Accelerators

Built-in tools — included in every implementation

eAppSys proprietary accelerators reduce delivery risk, compress timelines, and protect data quality — built specifically for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

Delivery Approach

Controlled delivery stages

The approach is adapted to the organisation, modules, geography, and programme constraints. Each stage has defined outputs, named owners, decisions, and quality checks — with a sign-off gate before the next stage begins.

01

Discover & Mobilise

Confirm business outcomes, scope, countries, legal entities, integrations, data, reporting, security, environments, and delivery governance. Output: agreed programme plan, RACI, and stage-gate criteria.

02

Design

Process workshops, enterprise structure and chart of accounts design, solution decisions documented, gaps identified, and solution blueprint agreed. Each design decision is traceable from workshop to configuration.

03

Configure & Build

Oracle Functional Setup Manager configuration, approved extensions, OIC integrations, BIP and OTBI reports — built to spec, version-controlled, and ConfigIQ™-managed across all environments.

04

Migrate & Validate Data

DMOne™ data profiling, cleansing, FBDI and HDL transformation, repeated mock load cycles, source-to-target reconciliation. Business and technical sign-off before UAT migration cycle is authorised.

05

Test & Assure

Unit, SIT, regression, security, performance, payroll parallel run, and UAT — with defined entry and exit criteria. Defects root-caused. ConfigIQ™ environment comparison before UAT sign-off.

Governance & Assurance

Delivery status based on evidence — not task completion

Programme reporting shows whether the solution is ready — not only whether tasks are marked complete. Stage-gate evidence is required before progression at each of the seven delivery stages.

Ways to Engage

Delivery matched to your programme

eAppSys adapts to the organisation, the programme stage, and what is already in place. Three engagement models — each with clear scope and accountabilities.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation & Configuration

Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation — frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked most before this type of engagement starts.

Which Oracle Fusion Cloud modules does eAppSys implement?

eAppSys implements Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Procurement, Project Management (PPM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). The exact module scope is agreed during discovery and reflected in the implementation plan and Statement of Work.

Yes. eAppSys can lead the full implementation or take accountable ownership of defined workstreams — data migration, integrations, reporting, testing, assurance, security, or programme recovery — working alongside an incumbent SI with clear RACI and weekly programme board reporting.

eAppSys uses Oracle Functional Setup Manager processes alongside documented governance, approval, and comparison controls. ConfigIQ™ supports configuration documentation, comparison, and controlled migration across development, test, and production environments — preventing the environment drift that causes late-stage defects and failed cutovers.

The data migration workstream covers scope agreement, source data profiling, cleansing, transformation mapping, repeated mock load cycles, technical and business reconciliation, and cutover volumes and timings. eAppSys uses DMOne™ for profiling, cleansing, FBDI and HDL loading, and source-to-target reconciliation across all cycles. Finance and HR sign off the reconciliation report before go-live is authorised.

eAppSys delivers unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), regression testing, security testing, performance testing, payroll parallel runs, and user acceptance testing (UAT) — with defined entry and exit criteria for each phase. UAT scripts are written against real business processes, not Oracle demo scenarios. Defect management distinguishes configuration issues from data issues from design issues.

The stabilisation stage covers hypercare with the implementation team on-site or available for priority issue resolution, knowledge transfer to the internal team and AMS partner, transition to the agreed support model, and establishment of the quarterly Oracle update process. eAppSys AMS and AES services are available from go-live day one — same team, SLA-backed, with SupportIQ™.
