DMOne™ Powered · FBDI · HDL · HCM · ERP · SCM · PPM
Over 75% of Oracle Cloud implementations are delayed by data issues — detected too late, fixed under pressure. DMOne™ by eAppSys automates the full Extract-Transform-Load-Reconcile cycle across HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM, and PPM, so your data arrives at go-live clean, complete, and reconciled.

eAppSys Oracle Fusion Cloud Services
Data migration is consistently the highest-risk workstream in any Oracle Fusion Cloud programme. The technical complexity of Oracle’s load formats (FBDI for ERP/SCM/PPM, HDL/HSDL for HCM), the quality of source system data, and the volume of records that need moving — all combine to create a process that delays programmes, erodes business confidence, and embeds data quality problems that persist for years. DMOne™ was built by eAppSys specifically to solve this — automating every stage of the Oracle data migration process from extraction to reconciliation.
“Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is a complete, modern, cloud ERP suite that provides your teams with advanced capabilities — including AI to automate the manual processes that slow them down, analytics to react to market shifts in real time, and automatic updates to stay current and gain a competitive advantage. Migrating any on-premises ERP to Oracle Cloud ERP is made easier with Oracle’s documented migration pathways.”

The questions we get asked most before this type of engagement starts.
eAppSys uses Oracle’s four approved data loading methods for Fusion Cloud: FBDI (File-Based Data Import) for Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and PPM — GL, AP, AR, procurement, fixed assets, projects, and inventory; HDL (HCM Data Loader) for Oracle Cloud HCM — employees, assignments, payroll, org structures; HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader) for smaller HCM volumes; and Import Management for CX. All migration activities are executed through DMOne™, which automates file format generation, loading, error interpretation, and reconciliation for all four methods.
FBDI (File-Based Data Import) is Oracle’s primary data loading mechanism for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, and PPM. It uses Excel templates (or CSV files) structured to Oracle’s exact column specifications, which are then compressed to ZIP format, uploaded to Oracle’s document store, and processed by the Oracle Enterprise Scheduler. DMOne™ automates the entire process: generating correctly structured FBDI files from source data, uploading to Oracle, running the import jobs, and interpreting error reports — replacing a manual, error-prone process with an automated, auditable one.
HDL (HCM Data Loader) is Oracle’s primary loading tool for Oracle Cloud HCM — handling employees (worker records, assignments, employment terms), organisational data (business units, departments, jobs, grades, positions), payroll data (elements, balances), absence management, benefits, and talent data. HSDL (HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader) provides a spreadsheet-based alternative for smaller data volumes. eAppSys’s DMOne™ platform handles both formats — extracting from source HCM systems and generating the correct HDL/HSDL file structures automatically.
DMOne™ embeds data quality management within the migration pipeline — not as a separate pre-project exercise. It applies automated cleansing rules (deduplication, format correction, lookup value mapping), validation against Oracle’s business rules, enrichment from reference data, and error reporting that identifies exactly which record failed and why. Business data owners review and correct issues through DMOne™’s Excel interface — reducing the technical bottleneck in migration issue resolution. DMOne™ was used to migrate data across 48 business units for a UK public sector healthcare organisation — handling millions of records across multiple migration cycles.
Not all historical data needs to move to Oracle Fusion Cloud — and trying to migrate everything makes Fusion heavier and more expensive from day one. eAppSys uses ArchiveIQ™ to provide structured archival of historical data that stays behind: migrating it to the DMOne™ platform with pre-built Oracle APEX reports for ongoing access, maintaining referential integrity, satisfying compliance retention requirements (UK 7-year financial records, GDPR), and enabling legacy system decommission without losing access to historical records.
