How We Deliver It

An accelerated approach — powered by proprietary accelerators

Seven stages. Each has defined outputs and a sign-off gate before the next begins.
01

Discover

Scope, organisation structure, integration inventory, data assessment, and programme governance agreed. Statement of Work finalised before configuration begins.

02

Design

Process workshops across every module. Organisation hierarchy, grade structures, and solution blueprint documented and signed.

03

Configure

Oracle Cloud HCM configured in DEV using ConfigIQ™. OIC integrations and BIP/OTBI reports built in parallel. First DMOne™ HDL migration cycle.

04

Migrate Data

DMOne™ HDL load cycles across all 119 objects — workers, assignments, grades, positions, salary, elements, absences, balance initialisation. HR sign-off before UAT migration.

05

Test

SIT, regression, security, payroll parallel run, and UAT — defined entry and exit criteria. Payroll Director sign-off before UAT exit.

06

Deploy

Cutover rehearsals, ConfigIQ™ UAT-to-PROD migration, final HDL load, balance initialisation confirmed, and go/no-go gate.

07

Stabilise

Hypercare through the first live pay run. SupportIQ™ captures knowledge. Transition to eAppSys AMS — same team, SLA-backed, from day one.

Proprietary Accelerators

Built-in tools — included in every HCM engagement

Common Questions

Oracle Cloud HCM implementation — questions worth asking

Which Oracle Cloud HCM modules does eAppSys implement?
eAppSys implements Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labour, Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Learning, and Benefits. Scope is agreed at discovery and written into the Statement of Work.
Yes — HMRC RTI, BACS, pension auto-enrolment, statutory pay (SSP, SMP, SPP), PAYE, and National Insurance. The payroll parallel run is included in every UK HCM engagement.
All Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll data objects are migrated via DMOne™ using HDL — workers, assignments, grades, positions, salary, payroll elements, element entries, absence records, and balance initialisation. HR sign-off is obtained on the reconciliation report before go-live is authorised.
Legacy and Oracle Cloud Payroll run simultaneously for an agreed number of pay periods. Gross-to-net is reconciled employee by employee. Every variance is explained before the Payroll Director signs off. Go-live is not authorised until the parallel run reconciles.
eAppSys AMS and AES are available from go-live day one — the same team throughout. SupportIQ™ captures implementation knowledge during hypercare so repeat incidents resolve quickly from the outset.
